We encourage our Clients to carefully review each project.  If an error is found after we receive final approval, we will do our best to correct the error.  An administrative fee may apply to the correction if the error was not a result of our work.

Current Clients

Clients who have maintained a relationship with us, and are in good standing, are not required to make down payments.  For their convenience, they can make payments online at www.taylorlegalvirtualservices.com or upon receipt of an invoice.

Hourly Rates

Our rates are very competitive.  Billed on the hour, rates are calculated based on the type of service requested.  There is a one hour (1) minimum requirement on all projects.

Retainers

We are available on retainer and offer a generous discount for utilizing this service.  There is no limit on the number of hours used each month.  However, the number of hours must be determined in advance.  Monthly fees are due by the first of every month in order to utilize our retainer service.

Put a Rush On It!

We are able to handle most rush requests.  There is an additional fee for this service.

Terminations

We are committed to providing excellent service to our Clients.  If you wish to terminate a project prior to its completion, please notify us immediately.  Payment for work performed is the responsibility of the Client, even if the project is terminated.  As previously noted, down payments are non-refundable.

Referral Rewards

Refer someone and receive a 20% discount on your next project.  New referrals are required to complete projects in their entirety in order to qualify for Rewards.  Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers. Terminating a project automatically nullifies Rewards.
