| BROCHURE/RATES FOR SERVICES We charge a flat hourly rate of $35.00. Hourly rates are billed in 15-minute increments. Additional charges will be incurred for expenses such as faxing, postage, courier fees, stationery, etc. and will be itemized at the time of invoicing. Please note that one hour of audio can take anywhere between 3-6 hours to transcribe. The reason for this is there are many variables such as speed of speech, background noise more than one person speaking, terminologies, quality of recording, etc. Month-to-Month Package We charges an hourly rate of $35.00 for our services. (minimum of 10 contracted hours required) Silver Package - 10 Hours a Month
3, 6, 9, 12 Month Retainer Contracts available at a 5% discounted rate
Gold Package - 20 Hours a Month
3, 6, 9, 12 Month Retainer Contracts available at a 10% discounted rate
Platinum Package - 30 Hours a Month
3, 6, 9, 12 Month Retainer Contracts available at a 15% discounted rate
Premier Package - 40 Hours a Month
3, 6, 9, 12 Month Retainer Contracts available at a 20% discounted rate

- Services are billed in 15-minute increments.
- Our minimum charge is 15 minutes.
- Evening and weekend hours may be available upon request and time will be billed at a higher hourly rate.
You will be billed for out-of-pocket expenses incurred on your behalf, such as photocopies, postage, long distance telephone or long distance fax charges. You will be advised of expenses in excess of $50.00 prior to beginning a project.
PAYMENT POLICY AND TERMS - Invoices will be sent when services are provided.
- Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
- Payment in U.S. currency is required.
TaylorLegal Virtual Services is working for you, not your client. Payment of fees and expenses is not contingent upon your recovery of fees from the client.
SOME PRE-PAYMENTS REQUIRED: Pre-payment of certain expenses is required. We will advise you before work begins as to this or any other pre-paid fees required

PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL INVOICE:
Payments can be made easily through PayPal. After completion of our service, a PayPal invoice will be e-mailed to you with a link to pay for our services. You will be able to pay the invoice through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, eCheck or Bank Transfer.
PAYMENT VIA CHECK OR MONEY ORDER:
Checks, cashier’s checks or money orders are acceptable forms of payment and should be made payable to TaylorLegal Virtual Services.
As a gentle reminder, fees for returned checks or uncollectible/refused money orders may be assessed by our financial institution and these will be charged back to you.
*The first time we receive your request for work, we will e-mail or fax an Independent Contractor Agreement for you to sign and return. Subsequent work requests will not require an Independent Contractor Agreement, unless a large project is involved.

All services require a signed contract. All our monthly retainer programs are prepaid by the first of the month or your anniversary contract date. We accept payments in the form of paypal, wire transfer, cashier's check or money order. Personal or business checks are accepted for established clients only. Payment can also be made online with Visa or Mastercard using PayPal. Retainer hours are non refundable due to hours being reserved for the month. Unused retainer hours do not rollover into the next month. Packages are non transferable and non refundable. Expenses (supplies, materials, postage, long distance, courier, photocopies and other job specific materials) are not included and will be billed to the client at cost. There is a service fee of $35 on all Returned check and inconvenience charge of $25 also applies. Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client for all projects. Rush Jobs are subject to a 25% surcharge. Payment is made prior to any start of work. All US Holidays are observed. Rates & Terms are subject to change at anytime.
